titel plans are data-only: no phone number, calls or SMS. Use WhatsApp or other apps over data.
When does my plan start?
Validity starts when your eSIM first connects to a network in a covered destination.
Should I install before travelling?
Yes — install on Wi-Fi before you leave, then turn on data roaming for the titel line when you land.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are possible for eSIMs that were not installed or that failed on our side. See our refund policy.
